Key RFP requirements

Project land within a maximum 5 km of the designated Grid Substation. The BOI/NSO addendum also includes revised grid-interconnection requirements, BESS simulation/model requirements, revised contractual documents, proposal-security validity, and limits each project proponent to a maximum of two technical proposals.
